6. Wait a few minutes for your email receipt - We will email you a receipt for your Ski Insurance, including your own unique policy number.

We will endeavour to reply to any correspondence within 3 working days. Once your claim is agreed we will normally send you a cheque within 3 working days. If you need to make a claim under the Cancellation Section, Contact Fogg Travel immediately on 01623 631331 between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday UK time. We will discuss your claim with you and give you advice on what to do. Contact the treating doctor immediately, he/she will advise you on whether it is medically necessary to cancel. DO NOT request a Medical Certificate from the doctor at this stage, as our claims form contains a full Medical Certificate detailing the questions the doctor will need to answer. You will then need to write to the Tour Operator advising them that you are cancelling. Tour Operators impose an increasing scale of cancellation charges the nearer to the departure date you cancel. Regarding Medical Claims please read the policy wording carefully. You must contact the Assistance Company in the circumstances stated. All Other Claims Contact Fogg Travel on your return on 01623 631331 and ask for New Claims Department.

1. Have you, or anyone travelling with you, ever had treatment for:

• any heart or circulatory condition
• a stroke or high blood pressure
• a breathing condition (such as asthma)
• any type of cancer
• any type of diabetes
• any psychological conditions (such as stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mental instability)
  

2. In the last few years - have you, or anyone who is travelling with you, been treated for any serious or re-occurring medical condition, asked to take regular prescribed medication, or referred to a specialist or consultant at a hospital for tests, diagnosis or treatment? If you have answered ‘Yes’ to any of the above questions we may be able to offer some cover and may be able to cover your health condition, although an increased premium may be required. 3. You must also tell us if:
