How to Make a Claim

Fogg Travel's commitment to you:
We will endeavour to reply to any correspondence within 3 working days.
Once your claim is agreed we will normally send you a cheque within 3 working days.

If you need to make a claim under the Cancellation Section:
Contact Fogg Travel immediately on 01623 631331 between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. We will discuss your claim with you and give you advice on what to do. Contact the treating doctor immediately, he/she will advise you on whether it is medically necessary to cancel.
DO NOT request a Medical Certificate from the doctor at this stage, as our claims form contains a full Medical Certificate detailing the questions the doctor will need to answer.
You will then need to write to the Tour Operator advising them that you are cancelling. Tour Operators impose an increasing scale of cancellation charges the nearer to the departure date you cancel.

Read the policy wording carefully. You must contact the Assistance Company in the circumstances stated.
